registration
On the registration page you can sign up for a technical tour* and choose preferences for food during the conference (e.g. vegetarian food). If you want to attend a technical tour it is compulsory to sign up in advance. If there are seats left you can buy tickets at the conference information disk upon arrival.

Payment
CONFERENCE FEE: 500 € (600 € if we receive the money after August 3rd)
REDUCED FEE FOR STUDENTS**: 350 € (450 € if we receive the money after August 3rd)
(You can also choose to pay the equivalent amount in Swedish crowns. 1€ = 11 SEK (5500 SEK or 3850** SEK for the conference fee).
Included in the conference fee is a conference bag with abstract proceedings and information, lunch for three days, and dinner at the castle on Wednesday the 9th of September. To participate in a technical tour you are obliged to pay a fee*. You can choose to do this together with the conference fee or separately. If you pay upon arrival, an extra surcharge of 5 € will be added to the tour fee.
Please note: If your registration payment reaches us after Monday 3rd of August, we do not guarantee that you will receive a bag with abstracts and proceedings.
If you do not receive a bag, we will send a CD with the proceedings by regular mail after the conference.
Please note: If your payment reaches us after Monday 24th of August, we do not guarantee that you will receive tickets for the lunches and the conference dinner. Therefore, we urge you to pay well in advance, so that the money reaches us at the latest by 24th of August.

It is very important that you note your booking code (8 digits) and your name in the message field of your payment, for us to identify your payment.
On-site payment will have a surcharge of 50 € (corresponding to a conference fee of 650 € or 500 €, not counting technical tours). The surcharge of 50 € also applies if we have not received the payment before you arrive at the conference.

For participants from Swedish companies, non-governmental universities and high schools (e.g. Chalmers) and Swedish private persons, a VAT of 25% is added to all fees.
Cancellation
Refund less a fee of 150 € is given upon cancellation received at the latest on the 10th of August.
The cancellation must be made by e-mail to generalquestions@ewtec2009.se.
No refund is given if the cancellation is made after the 10th of August.
