PAPERS AND POSTERS

Papers

NEW! Selected papers will be invited to be published in IET Renewable Power Generation

The preliminary conference schedule for EWTEC 2009 is available under conference programme.

Oral presentations

NEW!  If you wish to have a copy of a presentation given at the conference, the policy is that you need to contact each author individually.

Oral presentations will take place concurrently in three rooms. In each session room, a computer and projector will be provided to facilitate presentations. The recommended format to use is PDF, although PowerPoint will also be supported. Please note that it will NOT be possible to connect your own computer during the session!

Bring your presentation on a USB memory device; the sooner the better. Well before each session, all presentations should have been handed in and checked for proper function. The presentations will then be available on the computer provided.

The time available for each paper is 15 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes questions and discussion. Please make sure that you plan your presentation within the alotted time frame.

Posters

The Poster Session will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 4:30-6:30pm in the Main hall at the Uppsala Castle. You will have time to put up your posters on an allocated space recognized by the title of the paper on Monday, 3:00-5:00pm, and on Tuesday, 8:00-00:00am. Each presenter is expected to be present with her/his poster during the Poster Presentation Session to explain her/his presentation and answer attendees’ questions. If you would like to keep your poster, you must take it with you at the end of the Poster Session
